What comes in the BTC Beauty Box?
Every box includes 4+ full-size professional beauty products. Each set features exclusive pro picks, including best-sellers and the latest product drops. Plus, look out for the card that comes in every box. This will include social and giveaway opportunities and important social hashtags.
How long does my box subscription last?
After subscribing, you will continue to receive quarterly boxes. Therefore, your payment card on file will be charged every 90 days unless you choose to cancel your subscription.
Can I skip a box?
Yes, we will send you an email before your card is charged and you will be able to easily skip that box’s shipment. You’ll be all set to receive the next box—no hassle or extra work on your end. You must opt to skip a box two weeks BEFORE your renewal date.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscribers may cancel at any time on their account. If your box has already shipped, you will be charged for that box, but will not be charged the following quarter. To create and/or access your account, please visit the login page and sign up with the email you used at checkout.
When will my box ship?
Boxes will be shipped (and cards will be charged automatically) every three months after the subscription start date.
When I sign up, which month’s box will I receive?
Once you subscribe, you’ll get the current season’s box shipped directly to you. If the box is already sold out (stylists really love us!), you will receive the next season’s box the first month of the next quarter and every box after that.
Can I buy a stand-alone box?
Sorry, this is a subscription program only, so you are unable to purchase a stand-alone box. But don’t worry, our boxes are so GOOD, you won’t want to miss out on a new set of exclusive pro beauty picks every season.
What payment methods are available?
All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.
How can I change my billing/payment information?
Subscribers may update or edit billing information via the website. To create and/or access your account, please visit the login page and sign up with the email you used at checkout.
What if I move and need to change my shipping address?
Subscribers may update or edit shipping information via their website account. The cut-off date to change your address is two weeks BEFORE the box shipment date. But don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder!
After successfully changing your address, you will receive a confirmation email with your address change. Please ensure that confirmation email reflects the correct new address, and feel free to email us if you need assistance!
What if I received a damaged item?
We will gladly send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at email@example.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receiving the box.
Please ensure that you send us photos of:
- The outside condition of the box upon delivery
- The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage
- A picture of the inside of the box you received
After a complaint (with photo evidence) is filed and accepted, our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items. You may be required to return the damaged goods in order for us to process the claim. We will gladly provide a shipping label if that is the case.
What if my box is lost/stolen?
All orders come with tracking information. behindthechair.com is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered by the postal carrier or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. All claims for lost/stolen items can be made through the postal carrier's official website using your tracking number. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages or request boxes to be held at your local post office for pick-up to ensure safe delivery.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, The BTC Beauty Box is only available to ship within the contiguous U.S. (including the District of Colombia).
